Messaging Terms & Conditions

How text messaging works in the RPM Dashboard.

Last updated 28 August 2026

What this programme is

The RPM Dashboard is an internal operations tool used by staff of Dolan Enterprises, Inc., trading as Dolan Auto Group. It is not available to the public.

The system sends three kinds of message to staff, and nothing else. There is no marketing, no promotional messaging, and no newsletter.

  • One-time passcodes for signing in, when you request one.
  • Message alerts — when a colleague sends you a message inside the dashboard and you are not already using it, we text you their name and their message so you can reply from your phone. Your reply goes back into that conversation in the dashboard.
  • Deal alerts — a text when a deal reaches the board you work from: for the remote purchase team, when one is added to the queue during the hours you are scheduled to work; for a sales manager, when a deal at your store is signed and the car is ready to prep; and, for the managers named in advance to handle them, when a deal is held in funding. It names the store and nothing else — no customer, no vehicle.

Who receives messages

Only employees and authorised staff whose mobile number has been entered into the system by an administrator. There is no public sign-up form. If your number is not on the staff list, requesting a code sends you nothing.

When a message is sent

A passcode is sent only when you ask for one, by entering your own mobile number on the sign-in page and pressing the button.

A message alert is sent only when a colleague messages you in the dashboard and you are not already using it. It is limited to one text per conversation every ten minutes, and you can switch it off at any time by replying STOP or asking an administrator. Turning it off does not affect sign-in passcodes.

A deal alert is sent only to the people who work the board it concerns: to the remote purchase team when a deal is added, and only while the schedule says they are working; to a sales manager when a deal at their own store is signed; and to the named managers when a deal is held in funding, so that somebody is responsible for chasing it. It is limited to twelve an hour per person and to one text per deal, and you can switch it off at any time by replying STOP or asking an administrator. Turning it off does not affect sign-in passcodes.

A typical user receives a handful of messages a month; somebody on the remote purchase team receives one per deal added during their shift. A sign-in lasts 30 days before another code is needed.

What a message looks like

123456 is your RPM Dashboard code. It expires in 10 minutes.

New deal · Toyota is in the queue.
— RPM Dashboard. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Messages come from +1 (775) 993-7277. Codes expire after ten minutes and can only be used once.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. The messages themselves are free from us; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to your device.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will get one confirmation, and nothing after that.

Because these messages are login codes, stopping them means you will no longer be able to sign in — there is no password alternative. Reply START to begin receiving them again, or ask an administrator.

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at luke@redmoon.media.

Delivery

Carriers do not guarantee message delivery. If a code does not arrive, you can request another, or ask an administrator to check your number on file.
